Scotsman Spa & Health Club - Receptionist

The newly relaunched Scotsman Spa and Health Club, which is based in the 5 star boutique
hotel the Scotsman, has a fantastic opportunity for a full time Spa Receptionist.
As part of our team you will be at the centre of the club's activities and be involved in taking bookings, welcoming guests, helping with
gym and spa queries and managing
day to day reception duties such as banking, stock control and retail sales. The team works together to create an unforgettable customer experience and the emphasis is on 5 star service at all times.
The hours are 5 days over 7 and shift patterns apply (6.15am - 2.15pm and 2.15pm - 10.15pm
on a rotational basis)

The Colonnade - London - Breakfast Staff
This is a part-time position, working hours would normally be between 6am - 11.30am, with an average of 4/5 shifts per week including weekends, dependant on levels of business.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken English is strictly essential
- Enthusiasm and drive, with a particular motivation for customer service
- Previous waiting experience preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
The restaurant is part of a small boutique hotel set in London’s delightful canal district Little Venice, near Paddington. The hotel has been designed to give guests the feel of a private London residence with the service of a luxury hotel.

Threadneedles Hotel-Meetings & Events Sales Executive
Threadneedles Hotel is a 5* Boutique hotel based in the City of London, with 69 bedrooms, 3 private rooms, 1 Bar and Restaurant, with an impressive list of high-end corporate clients.
Prime Objectives:
To represent primarily the Threadneedles private dining and meeting facilities and to recognise and act upon any opportunities to cross-sell the Threadneedles accommodations and all other Eton Collection properties.
Key Areas of Focus:
To manage enquiries promptly, communicating all relevant information to the client to ensure confirmation of the business.
To develop a close working relationship with the regular clients and to grow the client base through regular client communication (marekting, site-inspections and entertainment)
To work closely with the sales team, ensuring effective account management
To pro-actively prospect new business through sales calls, site inspections, networking and attending trade shows
Work Experience/Skills:
Restaurant/F&B experience required
Sales experience preferred
Experience working with conference agents and high end clients preferred
Confident and knowledgeable sales person able to discuss event logistics, negotiate rates to yield highest possible rate, and up sell at every opportunity
Excellent telephone manner with the confidence to prospect new business
