Formerly the site of the Midland Bank Head Quarters, The Eton Collection acquired a long lease from the Merchant Taylors’ Company, investing £21 million in the development and refurbishment of this breathtaking, historical building, making this the third London property for the group and the first luxury boutique hotel within the City of London’s Square mile.
